THE PERFORMANCE RESEARCH
PERFORMANCE IN A POUCH.
Fast energy, locked-in focus, and endurance support in a soft pouch built for work. 200mg caffeine plus L-theanine. No drink, no sugar, no nicotine.
Published research on caffeine and the ingredients in FEINE. Results are not from a clinical trial of the finished product. Individual results vary.
THE PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
ENERGY. FOCUS. ENDURANCE.
FEINE is built for output. The formula starts with a proven caffeine dose, pairs it with L-theanine for cleaner focus, then supports the work that comes after.
01 / ENERGY
FEEL IT FAST.
PER POUCH
Fast energy without carrying a drink, mixing a powder, or filling your stomach before the work starts.
02 / FOCUS
LOCK IN.
L-THEANINE
Caffeine drives alertness. L-theanine helps shape it into steadier attention with less of the scattered edge.
03 / ENDURANCE
HOLD THE LINE.
EXHAUSTION*
Published caffeine research reports more time before exhaustion, helping you stay on the task when fatigue shows up.
WHY A POUCH
FAST ENERGY. NOTHING HEAVY.
The pouch sits between your lip and gum, where caffeine can begin absorbing through the tissue in your mouth. No bottle to carry and no liquid sitting in your stomach while you work.
Onset ranges reflect published research comparing oral absorption with swallowed caffeine. Total absorption is comparable. The meaningful difference is speed. Individual results vary.
THE FORMULA
EVERY INPUT HAS A JOB.
Caffeine drives energy and performance. L-theanine helps shape that energy into focus. The supporting blend backs the work that comes after.
Caffeine
200mgOne of the most studied performance ingredients there is. Published human research on caffeine reports faster reaction time, improvements in strength and power, and more time before exhaustion.
Systematic reviews and meta-analyses on attention, strength, power, and endurance.L-Theanine
In blendAn amino acid found naturally in tea. Paired with caffeine in controlled human trials, it supported attention and resistance to distraction with less of the scattered edge caffeine can bring.
Randomised, placebo-controlled crossover trials on caffeine + L-theanine.MCT Oil
In blendMedium-chain triglycerides are rapidly metabolized and studied as a supporting fuel source. They are part of the broader performance blend, not the immediate stimulant effect.
Research on MCT-derived ketones and cognitive performance.Ashwagandha
In blendAn adaptogen studied over weeks of consistent use. Published research reports support for aerobic capacity and training adaptation. It is not an instant effect.
Meta-analyses of ashwagandha on VO2 max and strength in active adults.B Vitamins + Folate
In blendB vitamins and folate act as established cofactors in energy metabolism. They support the process that turns food into usable cellular energy.
Established roles in human energy metabolism.Ginger Root
In blendGinger has been studied for exercise recovery and muscle soreness. It also supports a more settled stomach while the rest of the blend does its job.
Randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled trials on ginger and DOMS.RESEARCH, NOT HYPE
BUILT FROM PUBLISHED HUMAN PERFORMANCE RESEARCH.
We cite the studies behind the ingredients and separate what is proven from what is not. No invented lab partnerships. No fake clinical trial. Just a formula built around measurable human performance.
QUESTIONS
RESEARCH-BACKED ANSWERS.
Straight answers about performance, the formula, and how to use FEINE.
What exactly is a FEINE pouch?
A small, soft pouch you place between your upper lip and gum. It contains 200mg of caffeine, L-theanine, and a supporting blend of MCT oil, B vitamins, folate, ashwagandha, ginger root and chromium. No nicotine, no tobacco, no sugar, and nothing to swallow.
Why does it work faster than a drink or a pill?
The tissue lining your mouth sits directly over a dense network of blood vessels. Caffeine crosses that tissue and enters your bloodstream without passing through your stomach first. Published research comparing caffeinated gum to capsules found meaningfully faster absorption through the mouth. Most people feel a FEINE pouch in 5 to 15 minutes. A swallowed drink or capsule typically has to clear your stomach first, which usually means 30 to 60 minutes, and longer if you are working hard.
Why 200mg of caffeine?
Because it is the dose the performance research actually uses. Meta-analyses on reaction time, muscular strength and endurance cluster around this range for an average adult. It is roughly two cups of coffee. FDA guidance is up to 400mg of caffeine daily for healthy adults, so one pouch sits comfortably inside that.
What does L-theanine actually do?
L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea. On its own it is mild. Paired with caffeine it is one of the most consistently studied combinations in cognitive research: controlled trials report better accuracy on attention-switching tasks and greater resistance to distraction than caffeine alone. In practice, it is the difference between focused and wired.
Will it make me jittery or crash?
FEINE pairs caffeine with L-theanine, a combination studied for attention and focus. There is also zero sugar, so there is no sugar spike to come down from. Caffeine sensitivity varies. If you are sensitive, do not stack FEINE with coffee, pre-workout, or energy drinks.
How long do the effects last?
Onset can begin within 5 to 15 minutes. Caffeine remains in the body much longer and has an average half-life of roughly five hours in healthy adults. How long you feel the effect depends on body size, tolerance, food, sleep, and other caffeine consumed that day.
Is there nicotine or tobacco in it?
No. Zero nicotine, zero tobacco, zero tobacco-derived ingredients. FEINE is a caffeine and supplement product. It is not a nicotine alternative and it is not a smoking or vaping cessation aid, and we do not sell it as one.
How many can I use in a day?
Start with one and see how you respond. FDA guidance is up to 400mg of caffeine daily for healthy adults, which is two FEINE pouches. Count them the way you would count coffees, and remember any other caffeine you have had that day.
Why do I feel a slight tingle?
That is normal and it means the pouch is active. Saliva starts the release as soon as it is in place. The sensation usually settles within a few minutes.
Who should not use FEINE?
Anyone under 18, anyone who is pregnant or nursing, and anyone sensitive to caffeine. If you take prescription medication or have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or an anxiety disorder, talk to your doctor before using any caffeine supplement.
Are the studies you cite about FEINE specifically?
No, and we will not claim otherwise. The research we cite is on the individual ingredients at comparable doses, published in peer-reviewed journals and linked in full below so you can read them yourself. We have not run a clinical trial on the finished FEINE formula. Every number on this page refers to ingredient-level research, not a study of our product.
