How FEINE Subscriptions Work

Subscribe and your cans ship automatically at the frequency you choose. You keep your subscriber discount for as long as the subscription stays active.

Managing Your Subscription

You are in control. From your account you can:

  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Pause for as long as you need
  • Change frequency, flavors or quantity
  • Update payment method or shipping address
  • Cancel any time, with no fee and no phone call

Billing

Your card is charged on each renewal date at the subscription price in effect at that time. We email a renewal reminder before every charge.

Making Changes Before A Renewal

Changes, skips and cancellations must be made before your next order is processed. Once processed, an order cannot be modified — but it is still covered by our 30-day guarantee.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account, or email info@feine.com and we will cancel it for you. No cancellation fee, no minimum number of orders.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails we will retry and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.
