1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of feine.com and any purchase you make from FEINE (""we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. FEINE products are intended for healthy adults. They are not intended for children, or for pregnant or nursing women. By ordering you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. The Product

FEINE Energy Pouches are a caffeine-containing supplement product. Each pouch contains 200mg of caffeine. They contain no nicotine and no tobacco.

Assumption Of Risk — Caffeine

Caffeine is a stimulant. You acknowledge and accept that caffeine may cause side effects including but not limited to increased heart rate, elevated blood pressure, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, digestive discomfort, headache or anxiety. Use one pouch at a time and do not exceed the recommended use. 200mg is roughly equivalent to two cups of coffee. You are responsible for monitoring your total daily caffeine intake from all sources.

Do not use this product if you are sensitive to caffeine, pregnant or nursing, under 18, or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, anxiety disorder, or any other medical condition. Consult a physician before use if you take prescription medication. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Orders And Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that are placed for resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Subscriptions And Recurring Billing

If you enroll in a FEINE subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and price you selected, until you cancel.

• We send a renewal reminder before every charge
• You may skip, pause, change frequency, or cancel at any time from your account
• Changes must be made before an order is processed
• There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of orders
• Subscription pricing applies only while the subscription is active

6. Shipping And Returns

7. Marketing Communications

By providing your email or phone number you may receive marketing communications from us. You can unsubscribe from email at any time, or reply STOP to any text message. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the FEINE name, logo, product imagery, text, and design — is owned by FEINE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit a review, photo, video or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display that content in connection with our marketing. You represent that you own the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

10. Disclaimer Of Warranties

This site and our products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

11. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FEINE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FEINE, its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.

13. Governing Law And Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
