Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST on a business day ship the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $50
  • Orders under $50 are charged standard carrier rates, calculated at checkout
  • We currently ship within the United States only

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within two business days, contact info@feine.com.

Delays Outside Our Control

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is the carrier's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Severe weather
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout

Lost, Stolen Or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days and we will help open a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged, email info@feine.com with photos and your order number and we will make it right.

Heat Advisory

FEINE pouches are moist by design. In extreme heat we recommend shipping to an address where the package will not sit outdoors for long periods.
